Cant connect IOS app to my server on windows desktop

Hi I cant connect my ios app to windows server , I have made rule for firewall for port 80 and port forwarded 80 to 8096 on my router and still cant connect

Hi there, what exactly happens when you try?

It said server not found. Then I changed the por on router to 8096 and now it works. Thanks
