Remove from Collection/Playlist at the mediaitem

Would it be possible to add a remove button to the "included in" tiles (or ... menu)  [at least on web client] on a mediaitem. Removing items from collections/playlists [especially long ones which cant be searched) is a bit painful....especially when considering if you are already at the mediaitem and its link to collection/playlist.

or alternatively if clicking on the "included in" tile took you to the mediaitem within the [large] collection/playlist, then the current remove function would be easily accessible.
