mckarg 4 Posted March 16, 2024 Posted March 16, 2024 Hi! Im running emby app on sony tv (Google TV) and emby server 4.8.3.0 on Synology x64 DSM 7.2. A few days ago, i updated emby server. Now i cannot login using google tv app. Login / usage with windows app / browser / ios is working without problems. On Google TV i did reinstall and cleaning cache and data from emby app. Login still not possible. Error message (translated by me): wrong user or password although both is correct. And: emby is asking for a password for a user who doesn't have one. Any idea what i could do? Thanks in advance. Michael

mckarg 4 Posted March 17, 2024 Author Posted March 17, 2024 Hi, Just a few minutes ago i tried to login using app on sony google tv as "Michael" and "Kinder" and got the same error message (~ user or pw invalid). Right after that, i sent a log using the button ~ "send protocolls" in the google tv app - 17.03.2024 14:18:34 (UTC-5).
