OpenSubtitles - "Edit Subtitles" Option Missing?

I'm really itching for a way to conveniently lookup subtitles for shows I have that are missing them.  I'm on server 4.8.3.0, and installed the OpenSubtitles plugin (1.0.53) and made an OpenSubtitles account and saved it in the plugin settings.

... there should be an "Edit Subtitles" option that I'm not seeing.  Did I miss a step somewhere?

Does your user have Subtitles download and/or delete enabled in user settings?
