Auto Convert specific folders

I have 2 folders for movies, and 2 folders for series.

 

I want to autoconvert new content only on 1 of the movie folders and one on the series folders, but cannot seem to find how to configure this. Emby only supports autoconversion of complete movie/series libraries and not per single folder. 

Is there a way to do this or implement it on future releases?

HI, you can create conversion jobs on folders. Have you tried right clicking a folder in folder view?
