Emby 4.8 is stacking multi-part episodes as different versions.

As you can see in the screenshot, multi-part episodes are suddenly being treated as different versions, they are 2 different episodes not different versions of the same episode, has the way we name multi-part episodes changed??

@Happy2Playexactly as it always has been for over a decade now mate, however i have just noticed it's only that episode?? The episodes 'My Soul on Fire' are displaying correctly as shown in the attached screenshot

It appears it was a metadata glitch @Happy2Playboth episodes were showing as episode 18 in the WEB UI, if i changed one to 19 it changed both to 19, i have no idea as to why but that's what happened. I had to manually go and edit the nfo for episode 19 and change it there from 18 to 19 then i went back to emby and refreshed the metadata at season level and episode 19 appeared as it should.

There is in DVD order, maybe OP did not change Display order?

I have a few episodes that were doing this, but I didn't have a corresponding nfo file. I numbered the episodes, removed the "part 1" and "part 2" from the titles, and rescanned the library files, and that worked.
