How to restore user data/watched status from back/restore in 2024

Some time ago, I was able to restore from a backup user data for watched status ect.

Now, when i go to backup restore, it only has options to restore

embyserver-backup-full

or 1 of 5 nightly backups.

 

There is no options to select only user data for watched status ect.

Has this been removed, is there another way to restore only users watched status ect to a new install.
