HappyZombiSlayr 10 Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 Okay. I want to start out saying I'm sorry for posting if I'm just being blind here. I've scoured the internet as far as I can tell, and there doesn't seem to be any existing NPM package for Emby that is specified within the documentation for installation. Here, here, or here. All of the installation instructions I've looked at, either through Github, or the EmbyDev documentation, say to import the "EmbyClient.Javascript" module using NPM, but doing so in the console, their website... everwhere. It all says it doesn't exist. Can someone please tell me how/where I'm supposed to install the Emby package for NodeJS? Much appreciated.
Solution softworkz 5066 Posted February 13, 2024 Solution Posted February 13, 2024 We are currently not (yet) publishing packages to NPM. The answer is right on the page to which you linked to: To get the code, just download the SDK and navigate to the SDK Folder as indicated in the screenshot above. If you have a real need to have this as a package, you can publish your own version of it, but please see the note here: I admit that the section below is a bit misleading as it indicates that the package would be available for installation form NPM.
