Nvidia Shield Pro new MBV too many errors on playback video <unknown>

No issues doing playback on Apple TV 4K. No issues with Plex playback on the same Nvidia Shield. Only effects newly ripped MKV. Started this week, was working fine before. Issue also present on the inbuilt Sony Bravia TV Google app. The only reason I keep the Nvidia Shield is for lossless audio playback.

Thanks for replying Luke. I've decided to just sell the shield. I'm sure there is nothing physically wrong with the device but I can't stand the Google app adds and am too tired of rebuilding Wolf every time I have to go back to factory settings. The Apple TV does everything I need it to do except lossless sound. But sadly I don't have lossless ears so it's somewhat of a moot point anyway. 

No knocks on Emby. It beats both Plex and Infuse handily IMHO.

I actually did solve this issue. After running into an issue attempting to play any 4k movies on the Apple TV, I did an uninstall of the Emby Server on my PC. Then I did a reinstall and just kept it all simple and have decided just to stick with movie videos. Emby is working well on both the Nvidia Shield Pro and Apple TV 4k now.
