4.7 Install Bug

I did a recent fresh install of Emby Server 4.7 on WIndows and noticed that it adds the following firewall rules:

After closer inspection. the EmberServer.exe rules were actually scoped to EmbyServer.dll and not Emby Server.exe

Also, are those rules necessary since the installer also adds these rules:

HI, yes this has been changed to the exe in the upcoming 4.8 server release.

You might be able to do without some of the rules. The server adds a bunch based on issues that have been reported over the years.
