No picture from tmdb for movie or collection

hi everybody.

My setup : emby 4.7.14.0 on synology nas ( ds420+)

Everything is working well , except from getting picture from tmdb for movie or collection.

I tried to uninstall emby , remove emby folder on my nas to do a complete clean install but still the same problem.

I also tried to temporarly disable firewall on my nas , but still the same problem with picture from tmdb.

Any ideas , how i can solve this problem ?

Hi Luke, the topic you link doesn't help me. My problem is not intermitent.

The problem is just about the pictures , all other data from tmdb works, i get collection ( so request from tmdb works ).

It appears one week ago . I did a install to emby server on my windows pc , to see if it works or if it was my network ( router or box ). On windows , the emby server works like a charm.

So my networks ( router + box ) doesn't block the tmdb request...

Any other idea ?

hi Luke, The topic link you provide me is good , but it didn't help a lot .

I'm on synology DSM 7.2 and not in QNAP nas.

My remote access is grant by a reverse proxy , and i check the certificate is good till 16/04/2024

Hi , i did a reset mode 2 on my synology nas , so dsm 7.2 was delete and reinstall . 

after , the complete initialization , i install emby and there same problem, no picture downloaded from tmdb.

I don't know what to do , i buy a premiere account one month ago and i really want to keep emby...

hi , i didn't get there.

So , i find a radical solution. I did a reset mode 3 on my synology nas ds420+.

Copy back the data from my backup who take me a thirty hours....

And now , all is good....
