sabayon 10 Posted January 7, 2024 Posted January 7, 2024 Hello everyone. Is it possible to set Emby to automatically select folder view? When I start Emby now, I first have to click on the "Movies" folder, then I see the bar at the top with "Movies", "Recommendations", "Trailers", "Genres", "Favorites" and "Directories". I would like to always automatically start in "Directories" instead of always having to work my way there. Thanks for your tips. Â
roaku 842 Posted January 7, 2024 Posted January 7, 2024 For libraries that aren't mixed content, you can set the default view for your user under 'Home Screen' settings. I have 'folder' as default for my sports library.

Where can I set that the directory view is always automatically selected at the top? I tried it as shown in the screenshot, but that doesn't do anything.

You might have to exit the app or refresh the page to see the change. Beyond that, I don't know.
