rsvg 18 Posted January 5, 2024 Posted January 5, 2024 I've had a couple users complain that they're not able to download subtitles on the web app. This is on version 4.8 beta. Upon inspection I just had to advise them to "right click" the subtitle they want to download. It now has two options, preview and download. I don't know anywhere else in the app that has method of gaining access to a secondary list of options. I think the modal might be a better solution as this is causing some confusion. Thoughts?
Luke 42077 Posted January 5, 2024 Posted January 5, 2024 Hi there, have you explored clicking the 3-dot menu?
rsvg 18 Posted January 5, 2024 Author Posted January 5, 2024 (edited) Yeah, totally. This is for after that, when you're searched and have a list of subtitles and you want to download one. This popup only shows if you "right click" one of them (preview, or download options). I haven't watched this movie yet so cannot speak to it but one of my users said it "stirred their loins" as a teenager. Edited January 5, 2024 by rsvg
