Users on my Server asked to purchase Emby Premiere to watch content

I just got a serve set up on my raspberri pi and my libraries seem to be working fine, but when I shared my server with a user outside of my home network and they tried clicking on one of my movies to watch, it says they have to "unlock this feature with an active Emby Premiere subscription" screenshot of message below.

I was under the impression that a user did not need Emby Premiere to simply be able to access my server and watch the movies that I have added to my server. Can anyone tell me if this is true or not, and if it is, how can I fix this so the users on my server can watch my movies without having to get an Emby Premiere subscription.

For access/browse - they don't. For watching/playback - depends on platform/client app.

Some platforms provide Full playback for free, some offer one-time app unlocks, on some Emby Premiere is required, as per above link.

I can't tell if the question was answered. 

If you buy Emby Premiere for your server then none of your users would have to and should not be prompted to do so. If you do have Premiere and your users are still being prompted to purchase then something is wrong.

If you run out of licenses, users will be prompted IIRC.

Hi.  Your users do not need to purchase Premiere.  Premiere is attached to your server and some apps require either Premiere or an unlock for playback.
