Request: Upload option for adding non-catalog Plugins

As per title: I would love to have such a feature in the web GUI that would allow to upload files into the plugin folder of the Emby server.

Is this already in consideration or could be added to the backlog? Should be a rather simple implementation I reckon? As a Linux noob like me it is always a bit daunting to SSH
