When I was playing some 1080p videos, I encountered this delay. Do you know what's going on?
I have encountered this issue on both Windows and Docker.

I am currently using the latest official version of Docker on unriad.

This issue occurs when playing in Edge, Google Chrome, Android, and iOS's emby apps.

This issue has occurred on multiple devices of mine and my friend, and I believe it is caused by an issue with the decoding of such video files by the EMBY player.

Because playing the same video using a local player or Infuse does not cause any lag，I won't experience any lag when transcoding videos using transcoding software.

Is this an mp4. Try dragging the mp4 file into an open chrome browser tab. What happens then?

this means it is a problem with the browser video player and not an Emby problem. You could try using Emby's convert media feature to re-encode the file:
