camera upload - folders to upload not shown in app

i have tried to use "camera upload feature" but folders to upload not shown in app. i do have subscription and have checked "https://emby.media/support/articles/Camera-Upload.html". 

i have set "camera upload path" in settings of the server and also created new library in Emby library setup.

the folders to upload not shown in app. it says in app that
"you must also be granted access to camera upload by server administrator"

Samsung s21, one ui 6. Android 14.

new info:

one more thing i found out. On my samsung tab s7 plus the camera upload works. i bet it is the new android update 14 or in samsung s case one ui 6
