I don't see any inotify errors in either log, so don't think your problem is related to that post.

You enabled Episode intro detection which can cause scans to take a long time. You could try turning that off.

Just disabled that. And put it to scan again

hmm still the same gets to 89.9%

Just let it run and it have increased in the procent
