aixva 2 Posted October 27, 2023 Posted October 27, 2023 IMG_5773.MOV IMG_5773.MOV Hi! I’ve recently encountered an issue, which causes high quality shows and movies play unwatchably on my LG. I don’t know if i messed something up in the settings, but before 4-6 months everything was ok. TV: LG 49SM82 Doesn’t matter the quality. IMG_5773.MOV
aixva 2 Posted October 27, 2023 Author Posted October 27, 2023 I have no clue why it uploaded three copies of the same video. Please ignore the other two
Solution SamES 1057 Posted October 27, 2023 Solution Posted October 27, 2023 You haven’t provided media info, but it looks like you’re trying to play TrueHD or DTS audio which isn’t supported on your TV. This causes problems when trying to DirectStream some 4K HEVC files. This has always been an issue but only effects some specific cases so you might not have seen this problem before. Does the file have another type of audio track that you can select before starting playback? 1

So the TrueHD was messing things up. Thanks! 2
