kbeck 64 Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Have a playlist of Top 100. Dragging and dropping will take forever. Went to the location of the playlist XML file. Opened to manually edit. Moved a couple and saved the file. Nothing changed in Emby. Tried restarting the server and still the old sort. When does the change get picked up or can I not do what I am trying?

kbeck 64 Posted October 21, 2023 Author Posted October 21, 2023 Luke, the Library scan did not work. Old sort. XML file shows the sort I changed. I drug a single movie in the Playlist view 1 space. Checked the XML file and it had been rewritten to throw away my changes and back to the original sort.

kbeck 64 Posted February 17, 2024 Author Posted February 17, 2024 I don't know when it got added but the 3 dot menu on the movie playlists is awesome. Before there was no option but to play. I had to go out to do anything with the metadata, etc. Thanks. 1
