Riptide126 24 Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 When I try and connect to my emby server using emby connect on google chrome, it tells me that it cant connect to the server but when I try on the exact same device on microsoft edge it works perfectly fine
Riptide126 24 Posted October 13, 2023 Author Posted October 13, 2023 If there is any other information you need please let me know, I just don't know how to approach this problem since it only effects one browser which doesn't make sense to me
arrbee99 1817 Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 And yet I can log in fine in Firefox but on Edge I enter Username, Password, Sign In and just get a spinning circle. This is just directly on same PC as server, not Connect anything. And is fine in Chrome. Quite a recent thing I think, beta 50 plus maybe.
arrbee99 1817 Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 If it helps (restart in Firefox, go to Edge and try to log in) - embyserver.txt

GrimReaper 4742 Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 Do you have SSL setup on your server?
Riptide126 24 Posted October 17, 2023 Author Posted October 17, 2023 I don't think so, I am looking at the guide for it right now but I don't even really know what that is I am relatively new to all of this stuff

Riptide126 24 Posted October 17, 2023 Author Posted October 17, 2023 Oh yeah that works, is SSL something that I should set up on my server?
