Emby client license / unlock issue?

Have a few friends this morning saying they are getting promoted to buy emby premiere or unlock their app on both shield and firestick, but they have already unlocked. If they click restore unlock, they can play but after a minute it circles back to the same message.

Hi.  That sounds very odd as the unlock is only checked every 24 hours.  Exactly what message are they seeing and where?

Disregard, after some digging it looks like my lifetime emby server key is showing as invalid, and this was causing the unlocked clients to freak out for some reason. I've emailed billsupport to get it sorted. Sorry for the false alarm.
