Posters not displaying on Nvidia Shield

I've just made the switch to Emby. So far very pleased but I have an annoying problem with poster art images not displaying on my Shield. Here's my set up:

Three servers, two remote (different locations) and one local.

Three clients all on same network - Roku, Samsung TV and the Shield (original version).

On the Roku and Samsung TV poster art images  are correctly displayed from all three servers.

On the Shield poster art images  are only displayed for the local server. The remote servers do not show any poster art images  at all.  But the Shield still works fine with playback etc.

The Shield is my preferred client so woukd be good to fix this.

Thanks ebr. Both remote servers are IPv4 and IPv6 is off on Shield. I have an android tablet on same home network and it displays poster art fine. In fact all other devices display everything fine. It's a very specific Shield issue. Perhaps because it's and old version. 2016 I think.

Hello ebr. I just sent the log direct from the Shield app.

Hello again. Yes, it does appear to be an IPv6 issue. I am connecting via a reverse proxy using caddy. All IP's are v4. But caddy seems to translate all v4 addresses to v6 and I cannot find a way to change it. As a test I briefly enabled remote access on port 8096, avoiding caddy, and the posters display. So I need to find a way to force caddy to use IPv4.

Hi.  I don't believe it is IPv6 in this case - at least not the specific problem I was thinking because the app is using IPv4.  However, something is causing the image loads to fail.  There is no reason I can see in the log.

I think I understand now where I went wrong. I'm using a reverse proxy. Caddy is on the same server as Emby. I turned off "Allow remote connections to this Emby Server". I switiched it back on again and added ports 80 and 443 as the remote ports. Added my domain too and set "secure connection mode" as reverse proxy. Posters display now.
