Emby Server crashing on startup

hello i just bought this minicomputer https://store.minisforum.com/products/minisforum-hn2673 to use as my emby server,

fresh out of the box, i updated it then tried to install embyserver, setup gets to first user screen, then hangs,

open up the task manager and I notice embyserver.exe will load for a few seconds then crash, event viewer says
