Emby Premiere not working on Windows

Hi guys, I have Emby Premiere, but when I go to Windows, it says for Live TV, you need Emby Premiere, which I do. I put in my credentials, but it still gives that prompt, but it's only on my windows. Do you guys know what is going on?
