Collections not working

I'm on the latest version of emby server. The collections folder is empty and following this guide Collections | Emby Documentation d did me no good as the context menu does not show add to collection. How can I correct this?

Hi, is the emby user you're logged in with an admin? What are you right clicking on to open the context menu? Is it a movie?

Yes, I'm an admin, right clicking on a movie
