No notifications from Emby 3.3.29

When downloading a file on my phone I did not see the download notification. The file was downloaded fine just no notification.

When I check the Emby app properties under Notifications I had this

Same issue on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with Android 13, Emby 3.1.29

This is normal under Android 13 it is default behavior that you need to enable this permission. 

 

Edit: I checked it in my settings and I misunderstood. It is not possible to enable. This is a new permission in Android 13 so maybe the app does not request it the right way.
