Possible to Copy Config from Windows Server to TrueNAS Server Install?

I've run Emby on Windows for years now.  I am moving to TrueNAS Scale.  I have a crapload of usage statistics and things that I would like to keep.  I don't really want to have to go through and mark thousands of things as Played... And my wife will smother me in my sleep if she has to on her account.

SO, I am hoping there is a way that I can copy over Users, Stats, etc from my old setup to my new one.
