Ubuntu 22.04 / Intel 13th Gen GPU Transcode

I can't get HW Accel on my Intel NUC with an Intel Core i7-1360P and Intel IrisXE Graphic. Newest Intel Driver is installed and QSV is supported. Its a Barebone Install - not a Docker. I still don't get it to work and don't know why.

I dont see any Hardware Decoder or Encoder. Its using the CPU.

OK if you'd like to try the 4.8 beta server you may have a better experience there as it has updated Intel GPU support.

Im currently using the beta in order to do it which is working. Just hoping to not have to stay on the beta line
