Backup & Restore - Are there any drawbacks to using this to move data?

I am using the Backup & restore plugin to move data for one user from one server to another. It appears to be working exactly as I want but,  before I decide that everything is working, I would like to be sure there are no gotchas waiting to rear their ugly heads before I decide that this is the solution I want.
I do not see any problems but I might be missing something.

Hi, yes you should be fine. It is primarily a settings and user data backup.
