TV shows not selecting Primary for art

I've run into a situation where all my movies are populating fine, but the TV shows are showing either extracted embedded shots or a black square.

 

If I go into each show individually, click Edit images it shows a gray box in the Primary until I click search, and then manually download one.

 

Any ideas on how to automate this?

What are your TV shows library enabled Image fetchers and in what order?

Move OMDB to the bottom of preferred Series Image Fetchers and Refresh Metadata with Replace images selected.
