Nextdvr plugin not installing

Hello. I have Nextdvr  set up and working on server but when trying to install the emby plugin it says installed and there is no nextdvr.dll in embyserver pluginsfolder and when i restart the embyserver it says Tnot installed. ie. I can select the install plugin again and then restart cycle and same again

How to solve this?

I got it resolved thanks. It was probably the VPN connection on my server
