Movie scan not identifying movies

Everything works as long as I manually the correct IMDB ID. Whenever I don't pre-enter it, the movie scan creates XML and NFO files, but those files don't really allow to identify the movie. Needless to say that no posters or anything is being downloaded.

Below the XML file and the folder structure:

yea the issue is that we're trying to search using curse.of.chucky.2013.stv.unrated.multi.1080p.bluray.x264-rough

and that's obviously not going to produce any results.

I will file a ticket on github about this. In the meantime, you can do that workaround, or just rename the folder to match tmdb, e.g.

Thanks, sounds good. I prefer not to rename the folder though as the folder name includes some interesting information that I don't want to lose (stv, unrated, multi, bluray).

XBMC as well as the media managers that I had mentioned to you found a way to somehow use this name to identify the movie. No idea what the "magic" is, but there may be some way. Thanks for opening a ticket and looking forward to a solution.
