softworkz 5066 Posted July 6, 2023 Posted July 6, 2023 @eccbenThe file is Dolby Vision, Profile 8, it probably can't be decoded, and so transcoding fails. Probably the Android client supports this and it is direct playing there (without server transcoding).

At this time, unfortunately, there's no way for the server to handle it, so as long as the client doesn't support it via DirectPlay, you are out of luck with those (very special kind of) files.
