Cant install wd packages

Hi I have two old wd NASs which are not live but still had 4.7 on them (for occasional testing and comparison purposes)

i was briefly on site today and because of the hacker thing checked them out.

On neither of them was anything untoward in the plugins library so I think I am ok, and anyway they are well firewalled (hopefully)

***On both of them I tried installing 4.7.12 and  4.8.37. On both NASs and for both packages I got the ‘cannot upload package’ message.***

rebooting did not help

so for the time being I simply uninstalled Emby from both NASs

I won’t be back for a couple of weeks, so cant do anything more for a while (though I have a vpn for emergency use) but wanted to mention the problems I had with installing the packages in case it’s not only me

in both cases these are PR4100 running OS5

We have identified the issue, a missing file was preventing the firmware from recognizing them as valid packages. Working packages will be uploaded shortly to replace the defective ones. Apologies for the inconvenience.
