can‘t run in syology 7.2

I have encountered a problem. My emby cannot run on the Synology 7.2 system. The 4.7.11 version will automatically close after running for a while. The 4.8 version cannot be installed in the package center, and it will prompt a command error

Did you try the package compiled specifically for 7.2?

filename should start with 

emby-server-synology72

I don't think there is a link on the website for it yet, so you will need to go to GitHub to download.

Download the one you normally would, but just make sure it has "synology72" in the filename.

I seem to have found the problem. In the Synology 7.2 system, it cannot be installed using the web page installation, but it can be installed successfully using the command line!

hi sitieqiang, may I kindly ask you the commands that you used?

It could be that my issues is somewhere else, I can install the "synology72_7.11..." via the package center, but when I try to "RUN" after a couple of seconds it stops automatically.

I even try to install the version available on the package center the "7.08..." but the results is the same.

Anyone that can help on this?

this is how far I got:

most probably I did some mistake, and I have to admit that I need some help.

Some NICE person that would like to help me to troubleshoot this issue?

Issue SOLVED.

Via SSH I delete the DATA folder referring to the old installation.

The folder was insider "@appdata".

After that, a full new installation with backup restore, solved the issue.
