Local server not working all the time (Xbox One, Windows)

For a while now, I've been experiencing connection issues while using Emby (Emby Theatre ). My main server is an old laptop connected to wifi, and I connect to it using another laptop or Xbox. I have two wifi routers, one downstairs and one upstairs, and my Xbox is connected to the second router using an ethernet cable. Occasionally, I'm unable to connect to the server and receive the message "We're unable to connect to the selected server right now...". I've already set up a fixed IP address for my server and configured the IP address of the Xbox to the same address, but the issue persists. I don't understand why this is happening since I'm on the same network and there's no need for port forwarding. Additionally, I've ensured that everything linked to Emby is allowed on the firewall. I'm certain that I'm doing something wrong, but I'm unable to identify the issue.
I've attached the most recent log file, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I would suggest plugging a ethernet cable into your server.

There are so many things that can go wrong with wifi.

Like turning on the microwave oven can mess up you wifi.

The laptop doesn't have an ethernet port.. It is a small 2 in 1 Toshiba..

Thank you! Would that be the only solution? Are you aware of any other solutions without aditional hardware?

Is you server sleeping when this happens ?

It might be some power setting that turns off wifi, when in sleep mode, idel.

No, nothing like that..

When this happens can you ping your server ?

From you logs it looks like network issues.

OK so both server and client are setup with the same ip address ?

If thats the case, then the server and client will fight and you will have unpredictable issues.

It is a network issue for sure.  Your server appears to be on 192.168.1.151

Your "BUSH TV" is on 192.168.0.16

With the 2 routers, are they set up as a mess system or standalone?  If not a mess, how are you crossing over the subnets?

So, I've set my Xbox to automatic IP. I got the IPV4 of the laptop an set emby to that IP addresse. It seems to work fine now. Thanks for your help! (I hope this will work from now on)
