E-Mail Notification Plug-in Issue

Not sure if this is a known issue related to the beta but since 12.08.2022 email notifications have not been working. I have already tried uninstalling the plug-in, restarting Emby, re-installing the plug-in and restarting Emby. When I go in to "+ Add Notification" I get the attached pop-up and when I click "Email" the pop-up just disappears and nothing happens.

Has anyone else seen this / have any troubleshooting recommendations?

I am running (on Synology NAS): Emby 4.8.0.21 | Email Notifications Plug-in 3.1.7
