Can't Restore Unlock

Hey guys. So yesterday, I had to uninstall my Emby to be able to install the latest Beta, on my Fire Stick. But now, my app is again locked, can't play anything, say I have to buy it again. This would be the 3rd time I'm buying this app. When I go to Restore Unlock, it just closes that windows and still is locked. What to do?

That shouldn't be necessary, even 2nd purchase shouldn't have been needed.

I got a response quickly enough, they asked me what's the issue and nothing more the whole day.

Got the response. The issue is, if I'm sideloading beta, I can't restore unlock. That's it.
