Have you tried Refreshing Guide data?

Posted (edited)

No.  Why should I need to do that?

Oh - is this why?  The guide says "Repeat".  LOL  😁

Refreshing did not help.  But this time the hits weren't in the middle of the page??

Even scheduled recordings are showing twice.

Do you have both HD and SD channels?

Posted

I don't know what you are asking.  The one, single channel that a program plays on is either HD or SD all the time.  The programs are not shown on multiple TV channels.  (If they were, Emby should show that distinction, which I have asked for before.)

Many channel lineups contain both an HD and SD version of the same channel.  Are you sure that isn't your situation?

Posted (edited)

I'm sure.

But let's say I'm not sure, how can I interrogate Emby to know if that is what is happening?

Are you sure those are the same thing? Maybe it's two different channels with the same name?

Now we are on to something.  (ebr was hinting at it.)  Recently a second WAFF was added but since I can't actually receive it, I'd forgotten about it and didn't know it was even my guide.

I found a way to differentiate between duplicate named channels (modify the name of one, which I didn't know I could do until now), and then I saw the difference.

(This is a real-life use case for adding the channel # ER !)

Thanks.
