Hi,

Could someone explain why this would be transcoding? As far as I know roku should support this file?

HI, it's converting to a compatible video framerate. Does that answer your question?

No not really, Roku supports 50fps, does it not?

Thanks

Your item is HEVC. Some Roku models will choke when fed HEVC above 30FPS. You can enable this option and turn it to YES.

We need to update that options help text. That HEVC at 60FPS isn't just restricted to RokuTV units.

Hi,

It's a Roku model: 3810EU - Roku streaming stick+

Thanks

You need to change the option shown above and your HEVC will playback above 30FPS.

I'm not sure I have those settings.

I tell a lie, I do have those settings!

Been awhile since I looked at the playback settings.

I'll let you know if it fixes the problem.

Thanks
