Emby Premiere key never received from paypal payment

Paid for lifetime emby premiere. never got the key. is this a scam? emailed emby billing support to. haven't heard back. do i need to claim fraud via paypal???

Of course not. I'm sure billing support will come back to you when they get around, give them some time. In the meantime, check your Spam folder.

I emailed an hour or two ago maybe. I made the purchase a few hours ago or more. My paypal/credit card was charged.
