No M3U tuner choice

No M3U tuner is available under Live TV / Add TV Source, only available choice is HD Homerun. Latest Emby 4.7.11.0 on Synology NAS, IPTV plugin installed. 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled IPTV plugin and looked through the logs - don't see anything obvious. Please, help me figure out what the problem is.

Hi, looks like you might have uninstalled the m3u tuner plugin. You'll need to add that back using the Emby plugin catalog.
