Emby keeps prompting for restart v. 4.7.11.0

After numerous restarts nothing changes, emby still wants a restart. Since I have notification via Pushbullet I get a notification about once every hour continously, what can I do?

Something is likely holding server folder locked preventing the update, rebooting the machine should work.

Your tip helped actually,  I had a look in Windows new "what´s using this"-function on the emby folder and it was just Firefox. So I shut down Firefox and did the restart from my phone instead and voila! Thank you

edit: So it seems Firefox which I use as primary interface to Emby prevented update
