Banners always missing - some media not downloading

Hello, i found this topic which is somewhat like 6 years old -

I found out that in my library, when i switch to banner view, the banners are missing everywhere.
In my libraries I have this setting on since forever

But i still see no banners, doing a Metadata Download with "search missing meta-data" and full library scan doesnt change anything.

How can I make Emby download banners as well?

Well, if I go to movies, and then go to "Banners" view in my library , I have no banners.
Whats the reason to offer Banner-View if I have no option to download banners for all Items as once?

Have you explored the options in Emby library setup? Have you tried using the manual image editor to see what banners are available for your titles?

I think I have posted the library setup options I found in advanced mode, in my opening post.
I can download banners for almost all movies/series i have, but emby doesn't download any. it technically stops at "thumbnail"
 

Was there an option where I can chose what to download?

Did you click fetcher setting next to Image fetchers per library?

Well I guess, this is what I was looking for in the end!
I guess I didn't notice it as a button...

PS: It seems Banner is enabled for TV Shows by default, just not for movies
