Disable/hide languages from "Download subtitles"?

Is there any way to configure Emby to hide languages from the "Download subtitles" feature? It's extremely frustrating to scroll through a long list of languages that I'm never going to be interested in. I'm only ever interested in a couple of languages, maybe three at the most. This is especially frustrating when using the TV app.
