Paid for unlock app

Hi. I paid for the unlock app. Its took payment but still won't work..

I've force closed it.  Deleted it. Cleared cache.  Still get this.  I also tried redeem the unlock.     Its a smart android Sony TV.  My sons did it fine. Any ideas please

Assuming you're using the same account on your TV as you used to purchase the app and that you purchased the app through the Google store (the Amazon and Google stores aren't linked) then try emailing billing support and ebr can contact you when he's back on.

I literally have to same issue on a Sony tv! Anyone have any luck sorting it?

Can you elaborate?  Unlock is about using the same app store and user account.  If the stores/account are different, they will not carryover and are separate purchases.

 

Looks like you provided more info in another topic, you should follow up there.  But devs will have to comment more.
