Unlock freezes app/premium says not available

I was trying to unlock the app but it kept freezing and restarting. I decided to try the subscription instead and after entering my email it comes up with “this purchase is not supported in your region”. I’m in the uk. Is em by not supported here? What can I do?

What version of the app and exactly which Fire stick?

I’ve figured out what was wrong. My devices and apps were configured for Portugal, since I used to live there. I guess the option to buy isn’t available there. I now have the option after changing the settings to Uk.
