My metadata is messed up for episodes 101 and up for a series!!!!

The episodes from 101 and above are displayed in the wrong season with wrong names and wrong episode number. I have tried so many things and still no results. SO, does anybody know an app that lets you mass download/ edit/ grab metadata for a series or another way to fix this issue?

Edit metadata on Series and you should see Display order.  After the chance you will need to Refresh Metadata.

Actually after you change this option in the metadata editor, the server will automatically kick off the metadata refresh, so no need to do that.
