About Intro Video - ES 4750

Hi,
Is there any limitation on naming the intro video file?
I had the "cloudintro" file that worked perfect, but when renaming it to a shorter name and with special characters the intro no longer plays. I tried a few names:
- File Name.mp4
- File_Name.mp4
- FileName.mp4
